Gery Zollinger is Head of Data Science & Analytics at Avaloq, the provider of digital banking solutions, and has been working in the field of analytics and quantitative modeling for more than ten years. Avaloq offers its core banking platform and asset management technology as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and on-premises models. The company’s Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solution enables a high degree of automation, which boosts efficiency in the back office.
Previously, Gery Zollinger worked at Credit Suisse in the global Credit Risk Analytics team, where he was responsible for credit risk modeling within the Private Banking and Investment Banking departments. He also set up and managed a global team of data scientists in the area of compliance analytics. Gery Zollinger holds degrees in Economics & Statistics from the University of Zurich (Switzerland), the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and NHH Bergen (Norway) as well as a degree in Computer Science from ETH Zurich (Switzerland).
