Carolin Westerberg was Manager in the Practice Group Advanced Intelligence at zeb. In this role, she was responsible for projects with a focus on cooperative, Raiffeisen, cantonal banks and building societies in the DACH region.

In 2021, for the second time since 2019, zeb conducted a study on the use of AI in the building society sector. The results show that AI has clearly gained in importance and initial implementation projects have been launched.
